Yes. All presenters must be one of the paper's authors and must register for the Conference.

What is the deadline for submitting an abstract?
The closing date for abstract submittal is March 1, 2007.
How and when will I find out if my proposal has been accepted?
Primary presenters will be notified of their acceptance by March 31, 2007 via e-mail from the Technical Program Committee.
