How can I save on registration?
You can save on your Conference registration fees by registering early, before June 13th.
Can I register online?
Yes. Register online at the ANS AccApp07 Registration site.
What is included in my conference registration package?
The Conference registration package will include tickets to the Welcome Reception, Banquet, Speaker Breakfast, and any Spouse/Guest events that you have purchased. The package will also include your Conference badge, Book of Abstracts, and the Conference Program.
What are accepted forms of payment for registration?
On the ANS AccApp07 Registration site you can pay with a MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, check, or bank transfer. At the Conference site, you can ONLY pay with a MasterCard, VISA, or cash.
What meals are included in my registration fee? The only meal included in the Conference registration fee is the Banquet dinner. There are refreshments at the Welcome Reception, in the Conference Hall during the day, and at the Wednesday evening Poster Session.
Is there a registration deadline?
No. If you register prior to June 13th, you receive an early registration discount. You can register after June 13th for the normal registration fee.
What is the cancellation policy? Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are allowed to sent a substitute, once you inform the Registration Chairs. If neither you nor your substitute can attend the conference, you are allowed to have your paper included in the Conference Proceedings, provided you have complied with the peer-review comments.
How do I find out where my session is located?
The locations of sessions are in the Conference Program Book that will be distributed with your registration package.
How can I tell you about my special dietary needs?
Vegetarian meals/items will be available at all Conference food functions.
