Conference Hotel Information

 

AccApp'07 has selected two hotels for lodging conference attendees: The Red Lion and the CottonTree. Both hotels have passed the AccApp'07 Committee's quality standards and guests are assured of friendly, professional, and courteous service at either hotel.  AccApp'07 has reserved a special conference rate of $75/night at both hotels. This conference rate expires so plan accordingly.

Attendees can reserve their hotel room by using the AccApp07 Red Lion Reservation Request or the CottonTree  Reservation Request forms.  The Conference reservation request forms contact the Hotels directly and they will contact you to confirm the reservation.

 

Attendees may also telephone the Hotels to make reservations.  Please be sure to mention the "Eighth International Topical Meeting on Nuclear Applications and Utilization of Accelerators" or "AccApp07" when making your telephone reservations.

Transportation between the Conference Hotels and the Conference Center will provided. Buses will depart from the Conference Hotels to the Conference Center in the morning and return from the Conference Center to the Conference Hotels in the evening. Please note that the buses will travel only to the Conference Hotels; if you register at another hotel, you must provide your own transportation.
