Registration Information

Conference authors and attendees have two options for registering for the Conference: online and postal mail/fax.
 
  1. To register for the Conference online, visit the ANS AccApp07 website and follow the instructions on the registration form.
  2. To register for the Conference via postal mail/fax, download the Adobe Acrobat AccApp07 Registration Form and follow the printed instructions.
To take advantage of the early registration fee, authors and attendees must register either online or by postal mail/fax prior to June 13, 2007.
 
Registration will be available subsequent to June 13th, but at an increased price.  Registration after June 13th, will be accepted at the ANS AccApp07 website.  Registratio at the meeting will occur at the Conference Registration Desk which will open with the following schedule:

  • Sunday, July 29th:  15:00 to 18:00 hours,
  • Monday, July 30th to Wednesday, August 1st:  08:00 to 16:00 hours,
  • Thursday, August 2nd: 08:00 hours to noon.
 
Registration is required for all AccApp'07 authors, attendees, and guest speakers.  Registration badges are required for admission to all technical sessions.   Badges and tickets are also required for all Conference events.  A hardcopy and an electronic version of the conference proceedings are included in the registration fee.  Conference proceedings will be postal mailed to attendees after the meeting.

Each Full Meeting Registration includes one (1) ticket  to the July 29th Welcome Reception and the July 31st Banquet Event.  Individual tickets for the Welcome Reception and the Banquet Event are available for purchase.  The following table presents the AccApp'07 Registration Fee schedule:
